Where Graduates Go

After graduation, students of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya, Narayanpur pursue careers in public service, teaching, commerce, science & technology support roles, higher studies, and community service.

As a young undergraduate college serving tribal and rural students of Bastar, we focus on realistic pathways after the degree — not corporate campus drives alone. Character, competence, and local opportunity guide how we prepare students for life after college.

Government & Public Service

State and central government roles, teaching (TET/CTET pathways), police and defence recruitment, and local administration — common destinations for Arts, Commerce, and Science graduates from the Bastar region.

Banking, Finance & Commerce

Banking exams, accounting firms, cooperative societies, retail finance, and small-business / MSME roles — especially for B.Com graduates with practical commerce training.

IT, Labs & Technical Roles

Entry-level IT support, data-entry and office automation, school/college laboratory assistance, and field technical work for B.Sc (PCM / CS / Life Science) students building on laboratory and computing skills.

Higher Studies

M.A., M.Com, M.Sc, B.Ed, and professional courses at Bastar University and other state universities. NEP 2020 FYUGP exits also support certificate and diploma pathways before or instead of a full degree.

Mission & Community Service

Education, healthcare, and rural development work with Ramakrishna Mission centres and NGOs serving tribal communities in Narayanpur and Abujhmarh — aligning livelihood with service.
