Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donation cancellation
Ramakrishna Mission, Narayanpur reserves the right to refuse or cancel a donation if: (1) the purpose is not indicated; (2) full name, address and contact details are not provided; (3) PAN is not given when donating ₹10,000 or above.
Failed transactions
If money is debited but you do not receive confirmation due to connectivity or technical issues, contact connect@rkmvm.in. We will verify the transaction and inform you of the status.
Refund requests
If there is a mistake while donating and you want a refund, contact connect@rkmvm.in or call 07781-252251 with your order number within three days, stating the reason. Refunds will not be allowed if Section 80G receipts are already dispatched. Refund requests must be made by the donor or credit card holder and include name and transaction number. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Admission application fees
Online admission application fees paid via Razorpay are generally non-refundable once the application is submitted. For payment errors or duplicate charges, contact the admissions office within three working days with your application number and payment reference.
